The project, which carries the signature of TAGO Architecture under the leadership of architect Gökhan Altan Altuğ, is located at the most popular spot of İzmir New City Center. The project, which has a closed construction area of 330 thousand square meters with a view of Izmir Bay; It has the distinction of being the biggest in İzmir and the most assertive in Turkey in its lane. The project, which will consist of a total of 1625 residences and 70 commercial areas; It will be crowned with a very special bazaar, exemplary green areas, living centers with different functions, recreational, entertainment and cultural points, gastronomy venues, sports centers, SPA and pools.
